Morning Bites Reviews
It's not easy to find any place this day in time that just has really good genuine people top to bottom. This was the first really great impression I got. Then we had our breakfast. I'll let you be the judge. Breakfast poutine and Hashbrown Benedict. Mmmm - MMM! Don't live in town but I'd love to come back. Genuine respect and care for woman and elderly. I absolutely love how they treated the people here in the small time spent.
Omg!!! One of the best places hands down to get brunch in London!! By far so wonderful friendly staff!! Truly these people care about their customers and take extra steps of kindness and friendless to make you fee like family!! Food sizes are generous and absolutely delicious !!!! Must try!! Worth the wait!!!
Dropped by this place for breakfast on a Saturday based on the reviews. Got there around 10am and waiting five minutes for a table. It’s a small place with less than 20 tables. The place was packed. I quickly knew the place was good based on the vibe and seeing plates filled with great food. We were seated quickly and coffee was provided. Coffee was great which is always a great sign. The menu is a breakfast and lunch menu. Lots of choice. We had the Triple, Mexican Skillet and Spinach and Swiss cheese eggs Benedict. Food was plentiful, hot and very tasty, served promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed each dish and we couldn’t finish them. We saw French toast and crepe plates being served and it looked great. Talked with the owner whole said they had been open for 18 months. The staff served with smiles and great efficiency. When we left the line up was out the door. This is a great breakfast and lunch place with good food, large portions, and great service in a small diner setting with a great vibe. Check it out. You won’t go wrong.
Oh wow. We walked in and the place was packed. No tables available. But Met (the manager) assured us a table would be available in a few minutes. Our conclusion was that if the place was this busy the food must be good so it’s worth the wait for us. We were seated in few minutes. The food was the best breakfast my wife and I have had anywhere and that’s saying something because we have traveled extensively. Our food was served within 5 minutes. Fresh, hot and steaming. The breakfast poutine with fresh grilled veggies, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce rival the best we’ve ever had anywhere on the North American continent. We topped it off with the most amazing waffles and custard with fresh fruit. As Q (the name of our server) told us ahead of time the waffles would be life changing. I can only testify in agreement with her. Amazing. But the best part wasn’t even the food. It was the customer service. By the time we walked out of the restaurant we knew more about the people who run this family-run restaurant then about the people of the restaurants we frequent. It was like we had run into old friends. The warm, inviting and welcoming atmosphere coupled with the easy flowing conversations with Met and Q made us feel like we had known them years. Not only will we be back, we will be regulars. Thank you Q, Met and team. See you soon.
Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and food today. And the whole restaurant's birthday serenade! Made my day! There was a lineup to get to the restaurant, but well worth the wait. The seating is limited. This is a locally owned and operated. It is wonderful to put back into the local community. Thank you for all your hard work. I can well appreciate why there is a lineup to be here....#1....hospitality!!! (AND the food was excellent) We will be back and bringing others with us.
A Hidden Gem for Breakfast Lovers! I can’t say enough good things about this sweet little family-owned breakfast spot. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted like an old friend. The staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, and clearly take pride in what they do. You can feel the love and care that goes into every meal — from fluffy waffles to perfectly cooked eggs, everything is fresh, flavorful, and comforting. It’s the kind of place that reminds you of home, where good food and good people come together.
Food was very nice, hash browns were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Prices were reasonable, which is appreciated. The service was very attentive. The place was full with a nice mix of retirees, parents with kids, etc. Nice family atmosphere. P.S. it's a minor thing, they had larger coffee mugs, which was nice
Excellent experience! My husband and I came in for the first time this morning, and we were greeted by the most wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly, and it was reminiscent of a small town diner atmosphere. The food surpassed our expectations, the mocha was fantastic (not too sweet or bitter), my husband loved the homemade waffles with homemade custard, and I thoroughly enjoyed my omelet crepe-wrapped with hollandaise. Service was fantastic with prompt and frequent top ups to coffee and to confirm all was well and tasting good. Suffice to say we will return to this wonderful family owned and operated breakfast place :)
